We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must have been purchased after 10/1/2023.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, uninstalled and unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that show any signs of installation or use will not be accepted for return. This includes scratched hardware, worn threads, mounting marks, or any other indication the item was installed or test-fitted.
All accepted returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
To start a return, contact us at info@southernstyleoffroad.com. Once your return is approved, an RMA number will be issued. The RMA is valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Items must be shipped back within that window or the RMA will expire and a new request will be required.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost or damaged on the way back to us.

Items sent back without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The 15% restocking fee and return shipping requirement are waived for returns due to defect, damage, or a fulfillment error on our part.
Manufacturer warranty claims are handled separately from our return policy. If you believe your item has a defect covered under the manufacturer's warranty, please contact us at info@southernstyleoffroad.com and we will help facilitate the claim with the manufacturer. Warranty claims do not follow the 30-day return window and are subject to each manufacturer's individual warranty terms.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note the 15% restocking fee will still apply.
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days and notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval, minus the 15% restocking fee. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
