Warranty Information
Southern Style OffRoad warrants all products we manufacture under the Southern Style OffRoad brand for a specified period based on the product type. This limited warranty covers any issues caused by manufacturing defects, such as failing or broken welds and problems with the product's fitment to the vehicle. If you encounter any issues due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us to discuss the problem and potential solutions. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. We are committed to addressing any legitimate concerns regarding the quality and manufacturing of our products.
Warranty Periods:
- Front Bumpers, Rear Bumpers, and Rock Sliders: 10-year warranty.
- All other products: 1-year warranty.
This warranty does not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear, rust, scratches, accidents, misuse, or improper winching. It also excludes damage caused by racing/competition, trail damage, highway damage, car accidents, overloading, incorrect assembly, poor maintenance practices, or acts of God such as extreme weather (e.g., hail, flooding, lightning, extreme wind). Any products damaged during shipping will be handled by the shipper, and Southern Style OffRoad will work with the shipper and you to resolve any of these issues. Additionally, this warranty does not cover the powder coat finish, which, while durable, is not indestructible. However, we offer powder coat touch-up kits that can be found on our website to help maintain the appearance of your product.
Products will only be warrantied if installed according to Southern Style OffRoad installation guidelines. Any modification to the original product design, functionality, or use by the customer voids all warranty eligibility. It is the sole discretion of Southern Style OffRoad to determine warranty eligibility, regardless of the warranty term. This warranty is effective for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product. The warranty terminates when the original retail purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product to any other person. Products are only warrantied if they are purchased from Southern Style OffRoad or one of its Authorized Dealers.
Southern Style OffRoad may remedy defects in workmanship or materials by issuing replacement components to the customer for items deemed defective or inconsistent with our quality standards or by electing to issue the customer a full or partial refund for the defects or damages of the product. Replacement of a defective product or the issuance of a refund, as determined by Southern Style OffRoad, is the purchaser’s exclusive remedy under this warranty.
Southern Style OffRoad is not responsible for any installation costs for the removal or reinstallation of products for warranty claims. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with any warranty claim. Any and all damage to a purchaser’s vehicle, cargo, and/or to any other person or property is excluded. This warranty covers the product only and no other associated costs.
Transferability Clause: This warranty is not transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser.
Specific Exclusion Details: Misuse or improper use includes, but is not limited to, using the product beyond its rated capacity, incorrect installation, or failure to follow maintenance guidelines.
Claim Procedure: To make a warranty claim, please contact us at info@southernstyleoffroad.com with proof of purchase, a description of the defect, and any supporting documentation or photographs. Claims must be submitted within the warranty period. We will review your claim and respond with the next steps within 10 business days.
Limitation of Liability: Southern Style OffRoad shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Legal Jurisdiction: This warranty is governed by the laws of the state in which Southern Style OffRoad is headquartered, and any disputes arising from this warranty shall be resolved in the courts of that state.
