SSO Progress Update: Week Five - Road Trip Revelations and Innovating SSO Product Excellence

Dear SSO Community,

I'm back with another exciting update as we continue our journey together. In this week's newsletter, we dive into the highlights of our recent expedition to Florida, our innovative approach to bumper coatings, and what you should look forward to in your inbox. Our commitment to excellence and transparency remains our guiding star.

A Road Trip to Remember:

Our journey began with an epic road trip from Baton Rouge to Ocala, FL. We traveled 1244 miles in our new Tacoma, a journey of distance and purpose. Our mission was to conduct test fits and finalize installs on a range of our products. But it was more than that – it was about uniting our engineering and manufacturing teams in person. In today's world, where Zoom calls are the norm, we understand the irreplaceable value of bringing great minds together in one place. This face-to-face collaboration is critical to accelerating our progress and achieving our goals of fulfilling all backorders.

Collaboration and Innovation in Florida:

Upon arriving in Florida, our objectives were crystal clear. Working closely with the manufacturing team, we addressed various production challenges head-on. We installed rear bumper prototypes, demonstrating our commitment to practical, hands-on problem-solving. This wasn't just about assembling parts and aligning every team member toward a shared vision of top-tier SSO product production. This trip also facilitated an invaluable exchange of knowledge and ideas, further strengthening the synergy between our teams.

Designing Racks for Powder Coating:

Back at our home base, innovation still continues. We're now pioneering in designing racks specifically for powder coating our bumpers. This design isn't just about utility; it's about ensuring that every bumper we produce has an impeccable finish, both aesthetically and in terms of durability. It's the attention to such details that makes our products stand out.

What to Expect Next in Your Inbox:

Streamlining Your Orders: Keep an eye on your inbox next week for a critical order email. Once you get the email, follow the steps below to complete your backorder details and load your confirmed order into our system.

To complete your purchase, follow these three steps:

1. Click the "COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASE" button to take you to our E-Commerce store checkout.

2. Update your shipping address, confirm your products, and click "CONTINUE TO PAYMENT."

3. On the payment screen, confirm the total is $0 and click "COMPLETE ORDER."

To confirm your order and ensure that we have the correct information for shipping your products, please follow these three easy steps. We will send you instructions on how to update your contact details and validate your orders through our website. This is a crucial step to ensure that we deliver your backorder as promised.

Once you update your details and confirm your order (at no cost), your order will be locked in and you will receive a tracking number when your parts are ready to ship. For those with gift cards, keep an eye out for a link and a code that can be seamlessly used on our website.

That is it for this week! We're as committed as ever to maintaining the transparency and community connection that define us. With your support, there's no limit to what we can accomplish at SSO. This journey is ours to share, and we can't wait to continue this adventure with you.

Warmest regards,
